Integrating into the workplace and maintaining stable and fulfilling employment are key elements that mark the transition to adult life and quality of life. For neurodivergent individuals, the path to stable employment can be fraught with obstacles, and their employment rate remains low.

The Transforming Autism Care Consortium (TACC), in collaboration with the Inclusive Society, is organizing this webinar that will present research projects conducted in Quebec, often in partnership with autistic individuals and community organizations supporting employment. The presentations will be followed by a question/answer period and discussions.

The knowledge gained from these studies will identify promising practices and factors facilitating the integration of autistic individuals into the labor market, while also highlighting unmet needs.

We invite anyone interested in research on neuroinclusion in the workplace to register.
