The Transforming Autism Care Consortium (TACC) invites you to a day of dialogue focused on neurodiversity, bringing together researchers, students, and individuals with living and lived experience of autism or other neurodevelopmental conditions.

Event objectives:

  • Strengthen relationships between researchers and the neurodivergent community

  • Engage in discussions on research, society, and neurodiversity

  • Support TACC’s mission

What to expect? (Preliminary program coming soon)

Registration (8:00 to 9:00 a.m.)

Start your day with light refreshments while checking in and networking with fellow participants.

Keynote

Valérie Jessica Laporte (Le bleuet atypique)–artist, author, and speaker–will share her inspiring vision and experiences with neurodiversity, exploring the benefits of stronger connections between the scientific community and autistic individuals.

Open Forum

Attendees will participate in an "un-conference" open forum, where they can propose and explore topics that matter to them.

Following a participatory and flexible approach, the "unconference" allows participants to determine the topics they wish to explore. Centered on sharing ideas related to neurodiversity, neurodevelopmental conditions, and research, this session encourages spontaneous and engaging discussions—in French, English, or bilingual settings, depending on group preferences.

Refreshments

Lunch and light refreshments will be served.

Annual Member Assembly (3:15 to 4:45 p.m.)

TACC members will gather to discuss progress and plan next steps for the network. (Note: Members who cannot join the Member Assembly in person are welcome to join the meeting virtually. Save your spot.)

Join us for a day of learning, exchange, and collaboration!

Space is limited—register early!
